Return and exchange policy
WHAT STEPS SHOULD I FOLLOW IN CASE OF RETURN?
You can request the return of your order, within a period of 15 days, counting from the moment you receive the item/s.
In this case the return and reshipping costs will be paid by the customer.
Please follow the steps below:
Place the item(s) you want to exchange in the bag/box where you received the order. The item(s) must be in perfect condition and unused. TRAYS will not accept under any circumstances returns of products damaged by the customer or used.
You must:
Pay 5.00 € of the reshipment to the IBAN shown below, and deliver the garments to us at your expense with the desired courier company to the following address: Calle Mallorca, 487, entresuelo, 2da, Barcelona, Spain. CP. 08013.
*5.00 € valid for peninsula. If your shipment was in the Balearic Islands, Islands or abroad, please contact us so we can inform you the value of the shipping costs.
We recommend you to keep a tracking number of the shipment to be able to check where your shipment is.
When we receive the package in our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email and we will proceed to make the exchange.
Exchanges can take between 5 and 7 working days. Period that is extended in situations of high demand.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE EXCHANGE?
You must pay the return and re-shipment costs.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE EXCHANGE HAS BEEN PROCESSED?
When we receive the return shipment in our warehouse, we will send you a cancellation notice via email, confirming receipt of the package.
Within 30 days of receipt of the cancellation notice, and provided we have received the item, we will process the exchange.
WHERE DO I SEND MY ITEMS TO EXCHANGE/RETURN?
Please send the item(s) to:

If you prefer, you can ask us to pick up the garment at your home. To do so, please write to info@awesometrays.com so that they can inform you about the applicable shipping costs in this case.
RIGHT TO EXCHANGE
You always have the right to exchange an order within a period not exceeding 15 days, without having to justify it.
However, in order to comply with the exchange period, it is sufficient for you to inform us of your decision to make the exchange before the expiry of this period.

In case of having to make a return due to a factory defect or similar, the refund will only be made for the concept of the items that have been purchased. (Shipping costs will not be included).
